Provider Terms of Use
These terms apply to individuals and companies that register to provide courses on Better@. By completing provider registration, you agree to the following.
Course content and pricing
You are responsible for making sure your course descriptions, pricing, schedules, and learning details are accurate and kept up to date.
Participants and communication
You agree to communicate clearly with participants, handle attendance and cancellations responsibly, and maintain a professional learning environment.
Payouts and platform fees
Provider payouts may be subject to platform fees and payment processing requirements. You remain responsible for any taxes or legal obligations tied to your income.
Account security
You must keep your account secure and follow Better@ security requirements. Providers using password-based accounts must complete multi-factor authentication before publishing courses.
Provider status
Better@ may suspend or revoke provider access if these terms are breached, if platform terms are violated, or if provider activity creates risk for participants or the marketplace.
